Lost Packages
Please email help@SJGames.com if you have allowed time ample for your package to arrive and you think it may be lost. We will work with our shipping partners to create a claim and follow the necessary steps.
Delivery Address Complications
Packages that are delivered to an address provided to us in a pledge manager will not be refunded or replaced. Please keep up-to-date of survey deadlines by checking Kickstarter updates or Backerkit survey reminders for your project.
